Eligibility

• Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, within 14 days of delivery or pickup.
• Final-sale or personalized items may not be eligible for return.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp with your receipt number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through inspection, refund, or exchange options.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
